5. Location Data

We collect location data from technicians during active jobs to provide customers with live tracking and accurate arrival estimates. This data is only collected when a technician is actively working on a booking and is not tracked continuously outside of active jobs.

Customers' service addresses are shared with the assigned technician solely for the purpose of completing the booked job.

6. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

Other users: Customers see technician names, photos, ratings, and vehicle details. Technicians see customer names and service addresses for accepted jobs only.
Payment processors: To securely process payments for services rendered.
Analytics providers: Google Analytics to understand platform usage (anonymised data).
Legal authorities: When required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
Service providers: Trusted third parties who assist us in operating our platform, subject to confidentiality agreements.
