How to Apply?

Dear Future Partner

Thank you for your interest in joining the Fix It Now Now network. Here is everything you need to get started:

Step 1 — Download the App
Download the Fix It Now Now app from the Google Play Store https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fixitnow.app&pcampaignid=web_share . An iOS version will be available soon.

Step 2 — Register and Complete Your Profile
Once registered as a Technician, you will need to complete your full profile, including:

• Full name, email address, and contact number

• A clear profile photo of yourself

• Your service area (the area you are willing to work in)

• Your trade / service type (e.g. plumber, electrician, handyman)

• Confirmation that you have the tools required for your trade

Step 3 — Vehicle Details
A reliable vehicle is required to operate on our platform. You will need to provide:

• Vehicle make, model, and year

• Vehicle registration number

Step 4 — Upload Your Documents
The following documents must be uploaded to your profile:

• South African ID document

• Proof of address (not older than 3 months)

• Relevant trade or professional certificates (where applicable)

• Police clearance certificate (for CCTV technicians and foreign nationals)

Step 5 — Sign the Contractor Agreement
You will be required to read and digitally sign our Contractor Agreement. A signed copy will be emailed to you automatically for your records.

Step 6 — Wait for Approval
Once all the above has been submitted, your profile will be reviewed by our team. You will be notified once your account is approved and you can start accepting jobs.

A few important things to note:

• All payments are processed through the app — no cash transactions with customers.

• You are an independent contractor. There is no lock-in, no minimum commitment, and you can leave the network at any time.

• A standard call-out fee of R500 is charged per job, of which you receive R400. You receive 80% of the job amount for all work completed.
